Collagen Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall and football season is officially which means all things pumpkin spice! This PSL is dairy free, gluten free, paleo, could be keto and contains collagen (you can also use gelatin) to make it more nutritious. Collagen has been shown to support gut, skin, hair, nails, and joint health and it also provides a great source of protein. Here at Full Life we sell Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides that dissolve easily in hot or cold liquid and contains 20 grams of protein per serving.


  • 8-10 ounces of strong freshly brewed coffee

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin (be sure you don't use pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1 tbsp collagen (or gelatin)

  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)

*You can always add fat of your choice such as coconut oil, ghee, or butter.


Add everything to a blender and blend until frothy. It's that simple!

Iced Version


  • 1/4 c iced coffee concentrate

  • 3/4 c non-dairy milk

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp collagen


Add all ingredients to a mason jar with a lid and shake vigorously!

*To keep paleo use maple syrup, honey, or date syrup to sweeten.

*To make keto use stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol to sweeten.
